Money is not a thing that is needed when it comes to helping people! A huge thing that will help people is just to be there for them. Let them talk to you and support them! Also, you can always ask what they would really want/need from you. I think that these are some great few first steps! "\ml/"

Just being there for someone can make a huge difference. Being there to listen to them, talk with them and offer any advice that may be needed. If the problem is money based, then giving them ideas could also be helpful.

Why would you need money to help people ? Thats being selfish and showing that you only care about the amount you pay rather the advice you give. You should be able to do things without having to pay for . Now ask yourself are you really going to wait to get payed while someone wants to end there life no right ? So why don't you help people without having to have money.
