Money can be such a frustrating factor in this world--it dictates pretty much our whole entire life--our physical health, education, etc. The emotional benefit of money can be equivalent to having people to lean on. Being a good support system for someone--being a person someone can rant to, vent to, etc. is still nice. Although you wouldn't be able to help them as much as you'd ideally want to, someone knowing that you care is really nice and thoughtful.

Just be there ! Money doesn't buy you happiness, but if someone needs a bit of help on a bad day, I can recommend just giving them a hug, and letting them know that you love them and care about them, and that can brighten up someones day so much.

If you don't have money, you can volunteer at homeless shelters or places that offer services to such families. There you don't need to give money, you can just give a couple hours of your time handing out food, helping clean the shelter, and just offering support. There are also online sites that you can participate on that send food without you spending money. And lastly, if you want to help anybody you can join as a listener or just become involved in community activities or something that helps a cause without harming your bank account.

You can help people without money by being there for them. It is slightly more difficult, but it is generally more satisfying as well. Often people appreciate simple caring remarks and gestures, snd simply talking to someone can be a huge help to them provided tbat you do si kindly. Money can not buy everything, and this is particularly true in the case of human being's hearts, where a caring other person can buy it over often quite easily. In short, simply do what you can to show your support.
