To help, is to channel your energy and your time and other means that you can provide to better something. And since you're on 7cups, the most obvious answer would be to become a listener. 7cups allows people from all over the world to come and be them beautiful selves and express themselves however they like. A listener helps making them happen by lending their ears, and providing time, energy and opportunity. It's just helping others at its simplest form.

You can check online perhaps and google how to help to other countries. You can go to local churches or ministries which might also help and reach out to other countries in need.

Learn about their culture, interact and observe and don't be judgmental. People say a lot about where they come in few minutes of interaction :)

It depends on how you want to help. Usually, it involves finding a humanitarian organization, and most often, it involves sending money. There are also opportunities like construction or teaching, which are more hands on.

Just by talking to them. Sometimes people just need to talk to someone, to be heard and to feel some support. You can always provide here, for example! And if you mean material support, then you can always do some donations.
