I believe every human bieng has the right to feel depressed as it has nothing to do with privalege, just because some one has it worse that does not mean that you cant feel bad about yourself

You most certainly can feel depressed no matter the circumstances in which you live. A successful business executive has as much "right" to have depression as a single father who struggles to pay his rent. Depression does not discriminate. While we may feel that we have less to be depressed over than others, that perception should not invalidate your own emotions. Everyone has a right to say that, actually, maybe they do not feel as okay as they thought they should be.

Yes. Just because others might have worse than you that doesn't mean that your feelings aren't valid. There is no "right reason" to be depressed and if you are feeling depressed your reason is just as valid as other people's.

Of course. Depression isn't always something you get from bright and shiny things. It can be something you get from what you don't have, such emotions.

Yes. Depressed people can come from any background, and it doesn't make you any less eligible for help.

Everyone has the right to feel whatever they feel. Sometimes the privileges aren't suitable for the 'privilegee'. Not everyone gets happy by the same things.

Of course you do. Depression isn't something only some people are 'allowed' to experience. No, it isn't like that whatsoever.. Often, it occurs for no particular reason. After all, depression is a chemical imbalance in the brain, and effective therapy along with medication can be very useful in solving that. Of course, a huge amount of time, there is some cause for depression that needs to be addressed and changed, but even if you feel your life is good, or that there is no reason for your sadness, your depression and feelings are still just as valid and important as anybody else's.

Depression isn't something that only affects certain people. Anyone can feel depressed if under the right circumstances. Just because you are privileged it does not mean you don't experience the same feelings as everyone else.
