Getting out of bed and going to school everyday is a part of your life & everyday you go to school you take a step towards your future. And if today you stay in bed and not go to school then tomorrow will be the same and it goes on, you can't always not go. At some point you have to go so why stop going. The only way you are going to stop getting ridiculed is by taking step against it not by not going to school or by not facing it.

With positive thoughts. I think we must have a positive life, and hope. You don't have to be negative, it makes everything worse. So please, tomorrow woke up with a great smile, because ''if they see you sad, they treat you bad, but if they see you happy and not worried, they will treat you better and have respect on you, and on your actions or feelings''. It's better to be with a happy person than a worried and egocentric person. Think about it!

People will always try to knock you down and others will always kick you when you're down. The best way to avoid this? Don't let yourself get knocked down! Get out of that bed and hold your head up high!

If by ridiculed you mean that people are actually bullying you all day, and not that you just suspect that people might be making fun of you, I'm actually not sure that you should. Staying in bed and going on strike from your life, as it were, might be the only way to get people to take what's happening to you seriously. Obviously I don't mean you should stay there indefinitely, though, and I wouldn't do it unless you've already tried all the less drastic methods you can think of.

nothing will change if YOU don't change. Everything will change if YOU change, It's as simple as that.Reality is what you want it to be. Make yourself interesting to yourself, love yourself and the other will follow you. I promise.

Convincing myself that I derive my self esteem from doing what I believe in, not from others validating me. I repeat that to myself and I make peace with who I am and make plans to improve to better myself on my own terms.
I remind myself that those who care don't matter and those who matter don't care. I don't need everyone's stamp of approval. I am just gonne be myself and be strong enough to brush those comments away.

I experienced that while growing up. I would reward myself in various ways when I accomplished something such as getting out of bed.

Being ridiculed is a terrible experience. The one bright spot you can see is that school and education are so valuable. School is what will prepare you to be the best adult you can be. If you can find the strength to continue going to school, someday in your future you will be rewarded.

Know who you are and what you believe in. Know that the ridicule that you are receiving is most likely coming from those who are trying to put their insecurities on you. Think about how much better your life will be because you never gave up. Everything that you experience in life helps you either become a better or worse version of yourself. Understand that no one holds the key to your happiness. Be unapologetically you and if you feel that the ridicule is too much talk to the teacher or principal about it. And remember that nothing stays the same. Your future self will be able to happily look back on the moment you got back up and broke through those obsticles life put in your path.
P.S. Be grateful for all of your experiences, good and bad, because they help shape you into the person that you chose to be. Instead of letting these moments get you down let them raise you up. They will make you a stronger person in the end.
