Hello there, I'm ucyoReality (You Create Your Own Reality) and I became a listener after battling with my own depression and anxiety for nearly a year and a half. I not only defeated it, but also learned how to stop it in it's tracks.
I wanted to help those like me find a peace of mind while bettering themselves. Happiness doesn't come from any outside sources. I believe that people need to start taking a different route to how they choose to treat their mental health and it all starts with realizing that all the help you need is already inside you waiting to be used.
