Heart break is inevitable, but let yourself feel it and not for too long. Slowly adjust back to your routine. You'll never be able to forget it, but you will be able to heal. You won't feel like this every day for the rest of your life, remember that.

Dear, you cannot stop heartbreak. but, you can minimize the pain. It is like a maze. You need to find your way out. Try doing things you haven't done for a while, or keep yourself busy. By that thing, you can divert your thinking unto the pain.

You have to gradually try to move on, even though it sounds corny and cliche there are plenty of fish out in the sea there, so you will find the right guy/girl, no worries! And you have to remember that even though the heartbreaks there now and its hurting a lot now, time will heal it. Plus, you have to remember the reason why you two broke up in the first place, so just stay positive :)

Sweety there is no way to do that :) and that's a good thing. honestly, can you remember a single heartbreak that didn't teach you something good? in the end when you meet the right person you'll realize that all the lessons you've learnt help you be a good partner :) keep your chin up and bear the heartbreak. they're a gift not a curse :)

Don't open up to people so quickly... Be sure that the person you want to be in a relationship is who and what they say they are. Become friends with them first for a while until you see the bad things in them. Everyone has bad about them because nobody is perfect.

You should take this time to focus on yourself and take from this experience. It will take some time to stop hurting, but it is an opportunity to learn and to grow as a person. Make this a 'you' time and do not be afraid to express how you're feeling. Releasing what's bottled up inside is the first step to the best 'you' you can be.

There are tons of things you can do that might help. Simply just being around people who you love is one of many, friends, family, whoever it might be. Try distracting yourself from the thoughts about that person that may come to mind. And in doing that, make sure you are doing things that you enjoy and make you happy. Focus on yourself for a bit. Heartbreak takes time but you will get through it :) also do not beat yourself up if you feel like you are taking awhile to heal, everyone is different in their healing process. You got this
