It's like this for ages, it's been with me from my childhood!
Sometimes I wish I didn't have it,but it's the thing that helped me and kept me going through my lonely and bullying phase! :)
I know, we overthink a lot, talk with self more than anyone, but this anxiety is with me just to tell me that I lovemyself, even if no one cares and that I will be with me forever! :)

Anxiety is a thing that will usually try to bring you down. To combat anxiety, do breathing exercises and try to talk about the things that make you feel anxious in life.

We live in a fast-paced, stressful world. Try not to be hard on yourself for being anxious, as it is a normal part of dealing with the stressors of modern day life. Maybe try relaxing breathing techniques and chatting with a listener on 7 Cups when you are feeling particularly anxious!
