- Assessment: it sounds threatening, but I promise it's not. A preliminary assessment is necessary to better understand your communication style and your needs — so I can act accordingly.
- Listening: I give you all my attention, my compassion, and a total absence of judgment.
- Mapping: we'll dive further into your core belief system, but you'll never feel violated. We'll move at your own pace with no pressure. You'll always be able to communicate with me and modify the content or the style of our relations. You'll end up with a vast range of tools to improve your daily life.
Can your support interfere with my therapy?
Honestly, anything in the world can potentially interfere with therapy. Please remember I'm always eager to coordinate my support with the one of your healthcare provider/therapist. If requested, I'm also available to discuss directly with your therapist the nature of my support.
Which languages can we speak?
Although I've decent understanding skills in German, Spanish, Russian, and Arabic, I suggest you pick a language between English or Italian.

I've been a listener and coach for a while now. Verified via 7cups and "refreshed" via peer review.

I'm currently Master, level 11.

My coaching and mentoring method is based on Gestalt approach. I'm also passionate about Behavioral Neuroscience, Cognitive Biases, and Cognitive Distortions.
