I meditate when I start to get too worried. It calms me down and helps clear my head. When I am in a place that I can't fully meditate I close my eyes and take deep breaths.

To focus on what we can control in our life rather than focusing on what we cannot control. To keep ourselves busy in doing productive work. To believe in ourselves. It is also good to have a dream so that we can focus more on it rather than spending time in vauge. One must understand that the problem can be solved only by solving not by worrying. If we, cannot solve the problem, we must make us understand that the time will take care of everything and nothing is permanent in this world, not even our problems

We are all unique and I think that the best way to stop worrying all of the time is different for everybody. Personally when I have worried a lot in the past during a tough time, I tried many different ways to distract myself, but not everything I tried worked. I would say the easiest way to figure out the best way(s) to distract yourself is by starting off by making a list of things that you enjoy doing and are interested in and simply try them out. I personally believe that partaking in activities that you enjoy and have an interest in will distract you the most as you will most likely think more on the topic(s) than you would with topics of the activities that you don't enjoy or are interested in.

I think if you want to stop worrying all the time, you've got to find something to distract yourself from the negative thoughts, and move into positive, or happy thoughts, and often I find that to do so myself I usually look into finding a new hobby or indulging in one I already participate in, and I believe exercise is a great thing to try out if you have the opportunity as well, especially considering it's ease of access. Anything that can take your mind off what you're worrying about, even for just a while, can make a world of difference. Maybe go see a movie, or connect with a friend. Take a bike ride, or go explore somewhere in the wild you've never been. Relaxing would help a lot as well, mentally and physically. If, at the end of the day, you can't find anything that helps you, turn your attention towards the issue at hand, search your introspective self, and find out what YOU can do to help yourself, by coming to a resolve, or otherwise; don't forget about 7 cups either!
