Some people worry because they have little to no control over the thing and do not know what the outcome will be. Often when we worry, we think of negative consequences or embarassing situations related to the topic; we rarely envision good consequences or how a past situation may have gone worse (ie: we did it better than the worst we could have). Ruminating can lead to obsessive thinking cycles. There are many methods, but a few are grounding techniques and healthy/fun distractions, and/or cognitive behavioral therapy techniques whenever a worry begins to enter your mind. Try to break the cycle of obessive thought. Do something differently: go to a different area, listen to different music, change the tone in which you are worrying in your mind, change the subject of your thought, remind yourself where you are, &c. Also, consider thinking about the things you do have control over, or focusing on the things you have done well. How can you prepare for these worries in the future so you feel better prepared? There are many different things you can try, but ultimately only you will discover what works best for you. Some time ago the most recommended way was to "think positive... The current popular approach is to be present - to be in the moment. It is called mindfulness and the idea is not to get yourself caught up in the past or in the future - as according to mindfulness practitioners, these are not "real". Because when you are worrying you are probably thinking about the past or the future or the possible outcomes of things etc... It is interesting approach. For me the idea of thinking self and observing self is quite intriguing...

Find out why you are worried, get to the bottom of these feelings and see that sometimes you are worrying for no reason. Being worried is nothing bad, sometimes it's what makes us who we are and if we don't worry about the people we care about, we stop caring. But sometimes we have to trust and believe in others as we trust and believe in ourselves.

The best way to stop worrying all the time is to preoccupy yourself with things that you like to do. If you like to read, find a new book to read, if you like movies, check Netflix for for something you never watched before. Get out for a walk, exercise, listen to music, even cleaning can help. You just need to do things that get your mind off the issues you are worrying about.

I think the best way to stop worrying is to just focus on what we enjoy doing in life and stop seeing ourselves as a failure because we can all achieve something in life. It's just the matter of what, when and how.

Create a vision board. - If the future seems big and scary, try changing the thoughts about what lies ahead. Sometimes the mere act of setting concrete goals can take the edge off anxiety about future unknowns.

The best way, is to wrote down what we are worried about, then acknowledge those things & was youskleves how can we overcome or worry about those things less so that's not overtaking us

The best way I've found to stop worrying is by realising that I am in fact having a worry. When a negative thought crosses my mind, I have trained myself to immediately become aware that this thought has weaselled its way into my head. You see, when I notice the worry for what it is, I am aware of it and it immediately doesn't seem half as bad.
