Going to one's "happy place" can be a fantastic way to escape all that is causing these symptoms of anxiety. Closing your eyes and envisioning a wonderful place where you feel free and peaceful can, in turn, allow you to breathe easier and lose the nauseous, shaking feeling.

First, you should practice some breathing exercises and talk to someone to distract yourself from it. Also think positively and motivate yourself.

Those are symptoms of a panic attack. If you feel you are getting to that point, then take a timeout. Find a place where you can relax and calm down.

What has helped me when I'm anxious, is I usually concentrate on my breathing. I usually position myself comfortably and take long and deep breaths. After I have found a bit of relaxation I think of something that makes me laugh or happy. The goal I set myself it to be comfortable with the environment I am, either by telling encouraging myself or getting familiar to what's in store for me. After I have accepted the challenges and have gotten myself in a positive mindset, I can relax, and proceed.

Try to figure out what's causing this and erase it from your life. Try and see if you can talk to a therapist possibly, they can normally help out. It sounds like you're having an anxiety attack to me, and those are somewhat hard to deal with sometimes. Don't let that discourage you! I hope that you can overcome this, and best wishes for you.

Take deep breaths and think about anything that makes you happy. Thinking about past may not be a good thin because it will lead to a comparison as to how things were then and how they are now.

I can take a moment to focus on my breathing and what I'm feeling, and then focus on the fact that whatever I may be feeling, the world isn't ending, and whatever problems I have always have a solution, even if it's one I can't think of or don't even like. I'm not a religious person, but the Serenity Prayer comes to mind.

You need to remember that what you're feeling will pass and just hold on to that. You might also try taking measured breaths and drinking water.

This sounds like an anxiety/panic attack. A doctor can help discuss this you and what might be causing this and even prescribe medication if necessary. Talking with a counselor about what may be triggering this anxiety may help you avoid it from recurring in the future.

I think it may be an anxiety attack or a panic attack as you may call it. I have had experiences of the same thing before with the same symptoms you are going through when getting attacked. Nausea. Uncontrollable shaking, having a hard time to breathe and concentrate with one thought. Wht at you can do is try to clear your mind. Slowly breathe in and out. I try just staring into mid air and keep still until my mind somehow clears off. Think of positive things. It will soon subside, but if you are going through anxiety attacks often I suggest you seek some professional help.

Personally, I try to focus on my breathing. I try to count my breaths and I breathe in through my nose and out through my mouth! Eventually, after focusing on that for long enough then I start to calm down and then I continue to distract myself by doing an activity or hobby that is fun!
