I feel it too. I spent the last 3 months avoiding going out of the house as much as possible. But my friend was adamant about taking me out of the house, so she said that what I could do was try finding stuffs I love outside of my house. For example, i love books, so she suggested that I go outside and browse books in actual book shop rather than marking them as want-to-red in goodreads. I also found tickets to a book fair, so I went there and volunteered as well. So, for me, it is easier to leave the house when it comes to things I love.

I believe it is best if you try to reach a doctor as soon as possible because they will know whether anything is wrong.

Your probably experiencing anxiety. It’s so amazing, and helpful to have 7 cups. Cause you can talk to your coach every time you go out, so you can get your mind off of the sickness.

Consult with a close friend or family member to go somewhere, and continue practicing leaving your house (at least a few times each week). Try not to isolate yourself when you aren’t required to leave, and take any appropriate opportunity to do things away from home.

Staying inside the house is depriving you of social connections, work opportunities etc'. The longer you stay inside the harder it will become to leave the house. I think that you might benefit from consulting a professional.

The feeling of being sick can be stemming from an anxiety associated with being outside of your comfort zone, AKA your home. You can try different goal-oriented techniques to help you release the tension associated with this. Bringing something with you from home, or mantras can help.

Take deep breathes, focus on something that you love doing to seeing such as nature or a funny movie. Remember the task at hand on why you're leaving the house and reward yourself when you get home.

The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
