There is nothing wrong with feeling that way! There are plenty of activities to do indoors. Whether it is curling up in bed to read a good book, learning a new recipe, or watching your favorite show, staying at home can be fun. There is always a time and place for everything and leaving the house can be done best when feeling comfortable. If you have come to the point where you feel sick, focus on the reasons why and tackle them. Finding support should be considered. Talk to some friends, a neighbor, or even your parents. Always remember to be positive and focus on the good.

It seems you're a home body or you're socially very anxious.
There are ways that could actually help, a great deal of exercise and try going out more.
Try not to think about the stares you will get when you leave the comfort of your home.
You shouldn't feel bad about this tho.
Visiting your therapist when necessary will also help and most importantly, avoid places to put you at stake or make you feel socially anxious
Try going to the market with your mom.
If you have a pet dog, go for a walk daily.
The gym is another place you can go to.

It would be a good idea to go to a hospital and have a professional exam you. You can only make things worse by doing nothing and continuing to avoid going to get checked out.

It may be something you could talk to your doctor about? I'm not sure what you could do to help that, I'm not entirely sure what it is. But talking to your doctor might be a really good idea.

Talk to your doctor about it. If anything they can help you figure out why you are feeling like that.

If you feel that all the time, then you should go get it checked out at the doctors. Don't prolong it because you never know what could happen to you. Better to be safe than sorry

If you are feeling sick, I usually will take medicine. You have to take little steps, until you can leave your house and not turn back. Take little steps, for example going on your front porch one day. Then the next, going into your yard, etc.
