Try distracting yourself. Get your schoolwork done quickly, then focus on happiness and hanging out with friends- things that will keep your mind off all that stress.

You can tell someone about it, a friend, school counselor, a teacher, your parents, or any other adults you feel most comfortable talking to. Another thing can be making sure you are eating healthy, getting enough sleep, and getting outside/exercising, it is amazing how much it can do for you. I think what helps me most is not to procrastinate on assignment, getting them done as soon as you get home from school or after school activities. Also making sure you study until you feel confident with the material. Setting a time for studying/ homework gives you time after to do relaxing activities(coloring/ art, going for a walk, hanging out with friends, watching tv, etc.) If you have more anxiety over the social aspect of school I would try taking a break from social media, think about what the worst thing that could happen and the propability of it happening, try talking to your teachers and asking them if there is an alternative way to present projects, positive self talk (I know it sounds stupid but it can actually really help), and try joining clubs and other activities at your school so you can meet more people to be more comfortable around them at school, even if you have to make a friend join with you, I know it can be hard to put yourself out there. I hope this helps.❤️

It's never easy to keep school out of your mind. Find a hobby, something to keep you focused and think about the fact that school will be over one day, and it won't matter anymore. Even now, without realizing, school isn't the most important thing in your life.Health, happiness, family and friends are the ones that matter. School is just a place where we're forced to go.There are millions of people out there who weren't good in school, but not are successfull people. School is just a start. Worry about school just enough to get good grades, but it shouldn't become the only thing you'd do all day. Enjoy your life cause it is short, and in the end, just memories matter :)

Talk to someone about your worry. Maybe a friend, teacher or parents. Ask for support. Secondly, try to think this way: 'what is bothering me so much?'. The answer could be about homeworks, teachers, friends, bullies, etc. Once you find out, look for a way out or help. Getting organized helps, too. Do all over your homeworks and assignments on time so you wouldn't worry about them, study for exams, etc. Also don't pressure yourself. Have enough sleep and take a rest once you feel tired and stressed.

The first thing to do is talk to someone about your worries. You're concerned for a reason and if you live with your parents then it's important to be open with them about what is going on. The last thing you want to do is bottle it all up. Just talking about it and seeking support can help a lot. When you tell your parents, you don't have to feel totally alone and pressured about it anymore. After you talk to your parents, it's important you talk to a teacher and or a guidance counselor about the problem. There are many people that are there to help you, you just need to let them know your concerns.
