Not at all! I suffer from Anxiety. You can't always help the way you feel, and some people just naturally feel some things more than others. That does not mean your crazy or mental. And thankfully, anxiety can be helped with support and guidance.

No. Some degree of anxiety in everyone is normal, and if it reaches a degree that is getting in the way of daily life, there are things you can do to aid that or help you can seek. I don't think there's ever a point where you become crazy or mental from anxiety, but you could undertake that classification through other emotions or thoughts or a diagnosed disorder. I have been told I have everything from mild anxiety to full blown disorder, and I do not feel as though I am crazy or mental. It's something you just have to work on.

No, not at all. Anxiety is something nearly everyone experience during their lifetime, some on a large scale and some are on a smaller one. Anxiety is a feeling in our broad emotion range and experiencing that is being human. And yet, if your anxiety hurts your everyday life, then it's something which needs to be treated. It does not make you crazy or mental, but a human who acknowledges his problems and does what he can to get better.

No it doesn't. There are many people including those of many great professions such as healthcare professionals themselves, that also suffer from anxiety. Sometimes it can be caused by a chemical imbalance or it can also be brought on by a life experience or an underlying health condition. Its best to try to seek professional help from a healthcare provider up to and including a counselor or therapist to help you with your feelings and help to make sure you are getting any help that you feel you need.

No! Not at all. Anxiety is something that is caused from things in your brain. But it doesn't mean you are crazy at all. it is not normal because you don't deserve to feel this way, but also does not make you crazy. Everything does get better.
The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
