No, of course not! Panic attacks are much more common than you think! They're a way we handle the feeling of being overwhelmed.
I define "crazy" as "insane" and I define "insane" as being something one cannot understand.
I can understand why a person may have a panic attack. There's a plethora of reasons.
You're not crazy at all!
For example, if someone is experiencing fatigue, it doesn't mean it's cancer! It's just something humans experience.
In that sense, a panic attack doesn't mean you have a mental illness, it's simply a way of coping. Some people yell, some people cry, some people are numb, some are panicked.

Having a panic attack does not mean you are crazy. Even if panic attacks are unpleasant and you feel like you are going insane, just know that this is your body's reponse to stress. Many people experience stress. However, panic attacks are just a form of the body releasing its energy. It is very normal for people to think that because they are having a panic attack that they are going crazy. This can be because of the symptoms that manifest. During this time individuals are not able to fully function right which makes them think they are going insane.

Of course not! Panic attacks are just a symptoms of many mental disorders. It's your brain telling you that they're overstimulate. Every one has a panic attack once in their life. It becomes a problem when its something that happen too often. I would say more than twice a year. Panic attack or not to be confused with feeling anxious or panicking because you're in a situation where anyone would panic (exemple a car accident). Learning about your triggers is the first steps. If you know what triggers you, you can avoid it and find out why those things triggers you.
