Remove any stressful things from your life that you can and eat bananas. As crazy as it sounds, eating bananas can help with anxiety and even depression too. Trust me, I tried it.

Lifestyle changes help immensely with anxiety! The biggest one may possible be RESEARCH! Driving to a new place may be overwhelming - research the direction or use google maps to know just what to expect! Come up with plans to overcome any possible obstacles. Miss a freeway exit? Research a backup route to your destination. Research can help know exactly what to expect in many situations, can be done in the comfort of your own home and can really help take the extra edge off of anxiety.

first and foremost figuring out what causes your anxiety and find ways to cope with it, but you can also find activities that you find relaxing (this will be different for everyone). these activities could be calming nature (such as yoga/meditation etc) or could be high energy and a way to let out stress (such as boxing, karate etc). i personally think eating well/healthy is just a good way to take care of your body. its also just about being self-aware and know what situations you can handle at what point and constantly trying to slowly push yourself out of your comfort zone (babysteps)

Trying to limit your caffeine intake, regular exercise and practicing good sleepy hygiene are all good places to start when looking at your lifestyle! Eating healthily and regularly is also shown to help lessen anxiety in some individuals. There are definitely lifestyle changes you can make and any good doctor will recommend you try these in conjunction with therapy/and/or/medication.
