YoungMinds and it could also be helpful searching for support groups in whichever country you live. :) You may find it useful to look at the BNF NICE site for information on ADHD (https://bnf.nice.org.uk/treatment-summaries/attention-deficit-hyperactivity-disorder/). Primary go to is the GP or doctor to look for the specialist resources on ADHD and discuss about symptoms, educating yourself through webinars from BPS, APA etc maybe useful too. You are welcome to communicate 1-1 with any listener of your choice for emotional support. There is also a Disability support room where you can seek support in a community environment and feel welcomed there.
