It's not about working hard its about working smart. Know how to balance the work out so that you can stay strong and healthy to finish it.
Yes aboustely all your efforts will be rewared in the long run. keep your head held high and never give up
Yes, work hard and play harder. Get the job done and then celebrate your achievements. Hard work always show up in the results.
You should always make time to rest. Even when you are at your busiest moment in time, you still need rest. You won't be able to function 100% unless you have proper rest and you've eaten food. Don't try to force all that work in one sitting. Break it up into parts. Even if you have to work an hour and rest for 15 minutes for a full day, a 15 minute power nap can be all you need to get through the rest of that work! Then once you finish with your allotted work for the day, get a good nights rest and then do the same process all over again the next day. You won't feel as tired and you get all your work done with less mistakes and more proficiency!
Rest is key to producing good work. Your overall health is always the best to prioritize for your success.
It just depends on you....Try to prepare and plan the best you can. Thats all you can do.. Just do your best.

Research shows that productivity is a lot higher when one is well rested. Therefore, it is important to rest sufficiently when working on a big project.
effort is never supposed to guarantee results. Its meant to have no regrets in life even if you fail. You know you can try again with your integrity intact because you poured your heart into it.
