I talk in my sleep because I am somehow associating my dream with real life. I end up saying out loud what I say in my dream. Luckily no one's caught me on it.

well, i did talk during sleep recently. My sister said that i was crying and angry at the same time and it bothers her during her sleep. Im quite remember who i dreamt about. It is about my mom and I fought her during my sleep, yelling and screaming. I think it was one of the way that my body and my mind release stress and to get mad at the person that i couldnt get angry off.

When I talk in my sleep its usually because I'm stressed or getting sick. When I have a lot I'm dealing with that can be reflected in my sleep quality and behavior. But for some people its just a normal or random occurrence. :)

when you dream, sometimes your brain still thinks your awake so it connects what you're thinking to your mouth

Sometimes, when we go to bed, only the conscious mind is able to fall asleep. At times, the subconscious is still struggling with the troubles we've had the day before. Things on our mind, even when the rest of us has fallen asleep.

Sleep talkingis a very common occurrence and is not usually considered a medical problem.Sleep talking usually occurs by itself and is most often harmless. There is no known way to reduce sleep talking. Avoiding stress and getting plenty of sleep might make you less likely to talk in your sleep.

Cortex is active during sleep because of salient considerations. If limbic system is keenly engaged then expression is certain.

Sleep talking can be a very common thing and is usually experienced by almost everyone at one time during their life. It can be brought on by stress, mental illness, medications, and drug abuse. Sleep talking rarely requires treatment unless the episodes are violent or are masking a deeper sleep disorder.

Talking in your sleep is natural. A lot of people do it but have no memory of it in the morning. There are many articles on this online which you should look at?

That probably means you have a very active brain and you talk in your sleep based on what you're dreaming about

Because your brain is thinking during sleep, it's very natural and just something your brain does to keep track of the thoughts during the night.
