Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Marks heal, whether they are mental or physical, scars heal. Unfortunately, i found that it does take time, and deep ones take lots of time. Time heals all wounds, sometimes it just needs some good people around to help out.

I learned that my scars healed faster on the outside then on the inside, did the fade away? Yes, so more then others, every now and then I see the outline of my self harm and the choices I made to release all that was going on inside of me. For a while they took me back and triggered, made me ashamed of what I had done. Till the day I decided to work on me, and heal the one inside. Most of the marks faded some are still visible but what is important is that I grew strong by accepting myself and my choices.

They will heal soon. I learned this the hard way. Gping off of my mind it will probally take 1-2 weeks depending on how deep it is. Just know your not the only one going through this fight

Yes, they will probably heal by themselves or with scar cream if they're that bad, but if you are self harming, you should contact the suicide hotline! Here is the number you should call if you are having difficulty with self harm. 1-800-273-8255 Good luck!

Yes. The time depends on how bad the initial cuts were, but almost certainly yes. There are many things you can do to help speed up the healing process (tissue oils etc) . The most important thing though is to be patient and not cut again, no matter how tempting it may be.

Marks can stay all your life, but they can fade a bit away... But honestly, marks people left me, were never really gone. They are part of you and of who you are, because of them you are what you are today.

Scars heal with time. Sometimes it seems like they never will because they just do not look like they will sometimes, but I promise they will.

It depends, some scars are more permanent than others. However, scars and marks are only physical. Emotional scars are what matter, and with help, they can heal too.

Scars are a part of us. They may fade over time, but they are a reminder of how strong you are every day to till be breathing.

Marks do heal but sometimes not like we want them too. You can hurry the process up and encourage them to fade by moisturizing. Bio oil also helps as does lemon juice (it's a natural bleach). I hope I helped.

Yes they will. But remember that self harm and cutting is not the answer if you ever feel the need to cut or other self harm please talk to me or anyone it will help.

over time, yes. Physical scars can be covered by things such as bio oil, and those which remain mentally, well, they can heal again over time, with the help and support of some good friends.

Every person's marks are different. The scars that I had from about 6 years ago have faded to the point where I can no longer see them. On the other hand, I have scars on my wrists that were not properly attended to and will always be there unless I go through a procedure called skin grafting. I've learnt to live with my scars and they remind me I was able to get through some of the worst times in my life. Keep your head up high! Sending lots of love and hugs your way!

Yes but it will take years for them to heal. You can get scar removal but that is a lot of money. You can wait it out or just try and find a method online and see if it works.

No never will your marks heal. You'll always have something to remind you about the past. But you can try and forget as much as you like but they will never go away.

Yes, marks will heal. Healing is a process which will take place ultimately no matter what happens.

It depends on what you used to create them. If you used something very sharp, and didn't cut very deep or wide, then it can heal to be almost unseen. If you used something that is not so sharp, or if you cut very deep they will probaly remain. I'm sorry for you.

Yes if you take proper care of it. Clean, bandage and treat your wounds. Use creams and oils like Bio Oil or Coco Butter to make marks fade

It depends how deeply you cut, what you used and how long ago the marks were caused. Things like coco butter, bio-oil and eating healthy can help the healing process speed up. If you’re diabetic it may take a bit longer for you to heal.

It depends on the severity of the mark and where you cut. I had thin cuts on my stomach that vanished in a few months, but my most prominent are some of the first I ever did on my arms.

Depending on the severity of the marks they may turn into scars or they may heal after a while. To reduce the appearance of scars, rubbing some Bio Oil into them can sometimes work.

Marks will always heal, some not nearly as cleanly as others. You can be assured that everything fades with time. (:

They will fade over time, but never completely. There are some creams you can use help the fading processes, but they will stay. They are a part of you. It shows your past, and you can't change the past.

eventually your marks will heal. Without self harming any more or going over the marks continuously by messing with them, they will indeed heal.

Marks/Scars in my opinion never heal... However I think it's a good thing. The marks and scars are reminders that times heals all wounds. I never thought I would get over most things while going through them and eventually I did, when I think back, I ask myself how did I do that?! We manage to get through and persevere, the marks are reminders that we have been there and made it through. # Battlescars :)

It depends how deep they are. They may be there forever as scars but there are concealers you can use to cover them.
