Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

if you feel like you're about to have a panic attack drink some water and do some breathing exercises like breathing into a paper bag or you can do some counting 1 1000, 2 1000, 3 1000 for about a good minute
Well if panic attacks are the cause of your problems, then understanding how to cope or heal from panic attacks is the solution.

Just breathe and try to relax :). Have a positive mind throughout the exam or whatever situation you're in. Think of what makes you happy.

You can achieve your goals and be there for important situations with out a panic attack making you miss it by calming down an believing in yourself. Tell yourself "you got this!" And "it's okay, I'll do fine" and only positive thoughts. Push the negative out with the positive. And, breathe! It will all be fine
Perhaps speaking with a counselor or therapist who can help you to sort out your feelings can help you to push through those trying times if you feel like its something that interferes with your everyday life.

Making sure you are prepared for the exam will help you feel less stressed about the situation. Make sure you are studying enough, but not too much as you will make yourself tires and even more stressed. Also know (to the extent that is applicable) exactly what topics you need to be revising, so you are not wasting time on things you will not need for the exam.

FOCUS. All you need to do is focus. Prioritise tasks, according to time and other important factors (if any). Also, keep time for emergency situations. Of course some situations are fully out of control, but don’t worry, those are rare. First of all, focus on the present, and leave the rest to your luck. Work hard and work smart. Use your time wisely. We all get 24 hours in a day. Make use of every second. Even when you are going to bed for sleep, sleep peacefully, don’t over think about situations that are never gonna happen. Just Focus.

You want to achieve your goals and be there for big moments such as exams but there is a barrier stoping you from comple such activities. I'm not a skilled proffesional but I think it would be a great idea to relax.
, to do something you like before heading of to important situations. Breath through your stomach and/or go on a walk to get your head clear. What's the worst that can happen. An exam or a job intrview does not define your future. It's a little part of your life that you can redo. The offers might not be the same but at least you'll be more relaxed. Life gives you many chances just remmber to not hang on to one when there are new things you can try.
