Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Yes crying just means you are trying to get out your emotions and there is nothing wrong with crying

Hey. Tears are tears. I know I feel better after I cry sometimes. We all have those times where it's very frustrating and that we've been trying to stay strong and hold it in. Sometimes that isn't the case, but it's okay. You are not weak for crying and letting it out. You're more weak for trying to hold it in.

Yes!! Sometimes you need to just cry and let everything out in order for you to move on and forget things.

From my experience it is. Cry is one of the best form of letting out all that trouble in mind. I even feel refreshed after crying. It's like you throw all your problem away and restart anew

Crying is one of the best things anyone can do. In the end it makes you feel better because you have let it all out!
