No. Everyone has their reason to be who they are. The important part is to be able to understand them. Even if it's a slow process. Yes some might have done bad thing or even plain nightmares. But everyone needs to be given the same chance to be understood. It's my personal expirience that taught me how important is to try and figure out how a person's mind work. It's important to get to the point where we can prevent people from becoming psychopaths or at least be shown a way to lead proper lifestyle that won't hurt them or others.

I genuinely have been someone to be very forgiving to people, and I am also someone who doesn't believe someone can be inherently bad. Psychopathy is a condition, it's caused by mental health disorders much like depression and anxiety, and there are plenty of people living with it regularly. The people who you see glamorized by T.V. are a very small part of the population who didn't get the help they needed. So no, I don't believe they're bad people. Bad people only exist because they choose things in life that result in bad consequences, and psychopaths don't always fit into that stereotype. Anyone could be called a "bad person" and not have any kind of disorder at all.

Yes, there is no way around saying there are no bad people in the world. Psychopaths are known to cause harm to others with no regards for themself or other people inentionally. There may be some that can be helped but the bottom line there are bad people and psychopaths are bad people.
Knowing the difference between a psychopath and a sociopath is important and usually overlooked. Both are terrible, psychopaths in my opinon may still able to return or become a regular person. They are much more ignorant to the fact they harm people than sociopaths. Sociopaths may be completely aware of the damages they cause while not caring psychopaths sometimes may not be. This however can apply to psychopaths but less frequently.
