Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Maybe you feel left out by your friends or family. I think you should reach out and hang out with people you know more. They care about you even though it might not always seem like so. Perhaps you could text or call a friend. It's important to keep in contact with your friends and family and try not to withdraw away. Maybe there is someone you care about, maybe a sibling, a close friend, a crush perhaps, you could ask to go to the movies with them, play video games or simply just hang out. If it helps, I'm thinking about you and your situation right now and I care for how you feel. You're never alone, even though some times life makes it feel like so. Call someone, text someone, hang out with someone. You're not alone.

There was a time when I felt very alone. I was in my own world, struggling mentally, causing me to push the people around me away. As time when on, I gradually healed, but a part of me was still hurting. This ongoing pain is what drove me to open up. Confiding in the people around me was the best decision I’ve ever made. The burden of my feelings was too big for me to hide alone. Finding the courage to tell someone gave me the release and support I yearned for years. It’s not an easy step, but I promise you, it’s so worth it, whether you talk to a person you trust or a listener on this app. You are not alone!! You matter and your feelings are valid.

Maybe your soul is different, maybe you find it hard to communicate openly, maybe you have deep feelings that require more confidence, more closeness, and more kindness than small talk. Being alone is not a bad condition if you start listening to yourself and your basic needs. Try to carefully listen to what's going on inside you. What do you enjoy in life? What kind of people would you love to have in your life? How can you perform a thoughtful transformation? Once your list is full, you're ready to manifest your intention and attract the kind of tribe that will make you feel part of something.
