I have had bad luck with boys, and I have dreamt about girls for this past year. I'm questioning my sexuality now because the thought of a girl and me doesn't sound all that bad. What does this mean?

Well, only you can determine what this means in the long run, but it sounds like you could have a nice time with a girl if you meet someone who meets your fancy. :) I say go for it! Why not?
Firat off, I would like to clarify that whatever your sexuality may be there is absolutely nothing wrong with loving whoever you choose. This dreaming of women may be an indicator that you could be bisexual. Of course, this if fully for you to decide. If you still like boys but you have bad luck, maybe you could try approaching the situation differently. All in all, think of this from a positive standpoint and keep a bright and open mind.
It means that you may be open to exploring your sexuality as long as it's healthy and within your comfort zone. Even though you're willing to try things with girls, remember that it might not be exactly what you think. Just because you're having issues with the male pool, doesn't necessarily mean that "trying" girls will offer better relationship possibilities. It's great that you are open to new experiences, just keep in mind new might not always mean better and easier.
Your orientation is not influenced by your life experiences, it is something innate. Maybe your experience with boys only helped you bring out and discover the fact that you are attracted by girls too. The question is whether you find both attractive, and you would be interested in engaging in sexual activities with both. You can try to fantasize about different situations and see what makes you feel good. If you are interested in both, that would make you bisexual.
