Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Hey there :) Thank you for reaching out here on 7 Cups, that's an amazing first step! And I'm so proud of you for taking it, I truly am. Generally, bisexuality is an attraction to both males and females. The gender of the person doesn't matter as much as who they actually are (Personality). So if you find yourself being attracted to both males and females and not so much caring of what they are, rather than who they are, this may be a sign of your bisexuality. You know you best and should always listener to your body. Consensual love is a beautiful thing, and if you have the opportunity to feel that with people from both genders, embrace it. Embrace yourself, love is love

Bisexuality involves attraction towards more than one gender. The sign you're looking for is simply attraction towards boys and girls. You can try to analyze your feelings and emotions, imagining yourself with people of different genders and see how it makes you feel... And remember, the attraction doesn't need to be 50-50 in order to be bi. Some people still have a preference for one gender, and they are still bi as long as some level of attraction is still present for more than one gender.

Well, particularly there are no exact signs which will help you to identify your sexuality. Because it's an inner most feeling when you realize that something is different about me! It can be explained as when you passes by a handsome man or a gorgeous woman, you suddenly feel like your heart skipped the beat!! Isn't it? People always think that being a bisexual is either the confusion or and urge to experiment. But it's way to far from these standards! By the time, people questioning about themselves will eventually find their way out of it because if any particular parameters will be set for this, it will definitely cause mental stress because at that time one tries to fit into those parameters. Don't do this and give yourself time, talk to people about it, gain knowledge and make sure to be truthful to yourself! That's it!

Your best bet is to think about what bisexual to you is. If you find both sexes attractive, then it could mean that you are bisexual.

It can be hard for others to tell if you are Bisexual, as only you know your most intricate thoughts and desires. It might be easier to conceptualize bisexuality as falling under a spectrum. You can read up on the Kinsey scale if you're interested. I think some revisions to it have been made for bisexual people. It might help to ask trusted friends or family (in-person or even online) who are also bisexual as a secondary source of feedback. However, if you are feel that you are Bisexual, then congratulations and welcome to the LGBTQIA++. You don't necessarily need someone's validation to be a part of it nor do you have to come out (if it's not safe to do so). If you feel that you aren't Bisexual, that's also OK as well. Bisexuality can be a ongoing journey of self-acceptance.
