I have been through a lot in life too, which helps me to be able to empathize with situations, thoughts and feelings that we have. Sometimes, it's not easy just being human.

It's best to try not to engage with bullies at school in public or online ! Keeping yourself safe is important and if you try to deal with them it only gives them power !

Noone should tolerate bullying at all, and that means you included. If you are bullied in and out of school, keep track of when and where in a diary, write down the time (before or after school) and where (online/ on the way to/from school/ in the playground) and what was said or done to you. If it is happening online, print all messages off and stick them in the diary. Keep the diary at home with you. Do this for about a week, let one of your parents or guardians know what is happening and be sure to let someone at the school know, showing them some of your evidence. Keep noting everything as it happens should it continue. Schools don't tolerate bullying, don't be alone with it.

First of all, try to get support. Talk about this with some people you trust: your friends, but most importantly adults if possible, like your family and teachers. Having their support and guidance will make you stronger. Never let them affect your self-esteem: you are valuable, no matter what they say, and their offenses only define who they are, not who you are. If possible, try to have as little reaction as possible and act like you don't care. And if it makes you feel safer, make sure to be surrounded by your friends: we're stronger when we're not alone!

Dealing with bullies at school you first want to ask them to stop, if it keeps happening then ask the teacher to step in and help. The same out in publican, ask them to stop, if not seek an the law enforcer or officer/ online just report them and block them.

It is important to advise kids NOT to respond to bullying by fighting or bullying back. It can quickly escalate into violence, trouble, and someone getting injured. Instead, it's best to walk away from the situation, hang out with others, and tell an adult. Here are some other strategies to discuss with kids that can help improve the situation and make them feel better: 1.Avoid the bully and use the buddy system. 2.Act brave, walk away, and ignore the bully. 3.Tell an adult 4.Talk about it to someone you really trust. Lastly it is very important to Restore your Confidence Dealing with bullying can erode a persons confidence. To help restore it, encourage them to spend time with friends who have a positive influence. Participation in clubs, sports, or other enjoyable activities builds strength and friendships.

In school, inform the counselor or any teacher. Storm into the office of the Principal or meet the authorities. This has to be in an ascending order of power. If one cannot resolve the issue, head over to the next. BUT PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF LORD, DO NOT IGNORE IT. Act on it, right now! Your life is precious. In public, flee the scene. Anger and violence will get you jail time. I think you know what to do. When online, end the conversation. Do not send hate mails or threats or gory photographs as threats. This can be/will be used against you to give you Hell. :)

Ignore, block, and report if it's online. Don't let the bully feed off of your responses. If it's in person, notify a position of authority.

Don't "feed" them. By best try not to react to it publicly. Bullies feed on reactions. Furthermore, I suggest to try to avoid them. If the case gets worse tell an adult about it, a psychologist, mother, father, anyone. Friends might help too.

Bullies play off of other people's insecurities because they are insecure themselves. The best way to deal with bullies is by now showing them how they affect you. If you act like they don't hurt your feelings, they should stop confronting you. Online bullying is hard to deal with. Don't fight back online because your words can be used against you, but make sure that you keep a record of what happens so that you can show an adult and see if they can help you. Reporting instances of bullying online can also be very helpful in getting bullies off certain websites or off your personal pages.

Bullies often feel insecure. You do not want to end up like them. Be confident in yourself and forget the haters!

Don't be as bad as them. If it's verbal or online abuse then don't respond and tell an adult as soon as possible. If it's physical, you absolutely must tell an adult straight away.

If you are severely bullied at school go to your teacher or another adult you trust and tell them your bad situation. Ask for help and support, it is not your guilt! Dont be shy to help for support. In the beginning you can try to seek support from your friends or peer group. You also can tell your parents, but its hard for them to intervene. Dont take the bulling behaviour personal. Most of the time bullies have problems with selfworth and emtion-regulation. In the long term they will get more problems in their life. But if the harassment dont stop, you must escalate this a step higher.
