Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

I'd suppose it would depend on how flat your personally looking to go! I've known quite a lot of people who bind myself, For starters simply layering sports bras and tank tops under your shirts can work quite well! Especially if you have one that fits a little to small, as long as it can be binded around without feeling uncomfortable or painful that can be a great option! Now, I do know methods such as taping can potentially cause damage, so you may want to be cautious in that dept.. Different things work for different people, and everyone's chest is different :) Its understandable that not having access to a binder is difficult, I know.. Thankfully there's so so many ways to safely bind! Good luck
Hi there,
To bind your chest without a binder, you can use very tight sport-bra.. NEVER EVER use tape or medical tape. It's dangerous (for your back and your chest : if you damage it, it could have consequences not only on your health, but also on the result of a chest surgery, in case you plan to get one).
When you say you're not in a position where you can get one, do you mean financially ? Or because you live in a place where you don't want to get that in the mail ?
Because some organizations can help you to get one : for free if some people give away their old binders - not because they're too old but for instance because they're not needed anymore after chest surgery), at smaller cost if they bought many to be able to sell them at a lower price to trans people, especially for teenagers, or at least they can get your order so that you can get it there instead of getting it through the mail.
I mean there may be some options for you to get a binder, depending of the obstacles you're facing right now.
Feel free to contact me if you want to speak about that :)

pay attention to what you wear. wearing multiple layers, loose clothing, and clothes with thick material all help. sports bras are a wonderful thing too! it wont give u the same level of flatness as a binder would but accompanied with the right clothes itll turn out lovely! if you own a sports bra but its been stretched out, (if your able too) id suggest getting a new one. and if youre living with your parent(s) and theyre not great just say u need a new bra because the one you own doesnt fit! good luck and remember to never cut corners with your safety.

Hello there! I happen to know a little trick thanks to a friend of mine (that works especially well for smaller chests), so I thought i would share it with you. The trick is, if you wear two sports bras, and turn the outer one inside out, it does a fairly good job of binding, and i've used it quite often. I hope this trick works for you, and I wish you a wonderful week!
(Sorry, i know that was a very wordy way of saying that, but we have a minimum word count on these answers. Anyway, good luck! )
