Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Many times people suffer from this- body dysmorphic disorder is common. Don't feel alone, this is something very common in many people. You can seek professional help and talk to someone who is trained in this expertise, or you always have the great listeners on here, I'm sure many of whom can relate to what you are going through-including myself. Here is a link to a site about Body Dysmorphic Disorder to provide you some insight http://bddfoundation.org/helping-you/family-and-friends/

Becuase we put too much effort in seeing all the wrongs sides of it, and zoom in on the parts we don't like. We get blind in how we see our body because it never looks the way we want it to be. It's an obsession that we rarely notice before it's too late. And then we can't see ourself how others see us.

Because you are use to seeing your body as it was before. I have been where you are. and it is very hard to get use to, but once you do, you will love it so much

Society plays the most important role on how people view themselves. If you are a person that cares a lot on what people think you are affected by society and therefore it effects the way you look at yourself.

It is hard to get a realistic body image when it is so easy to compare ourselves to celebrities on tv and in magazines. What most people forget, albeit know, is the fact that everything is photoshopped in so many ways! The most important advice I give all my clients is to eat and exercise in ways that make you FEEL great! Once you begin feeling good, you will then and only then begin to accept and appreciate the way you look!!

People see themselves differently then others. It could be an actual disorder or just depending on the day. Just know your body is beautiful.

Because sometimes we tend to want to be like the models in the magazines and just because we are not recognized it feels as if we aren't good enough.

This would be a case of Body Dysmorphia. This is an illness, which mirrors your self body image to a different image of what it really is.

You may feel like you're body doesn't look the way it should, you should still eat the same way you always have. If you are eating healthy and staying in shape and not pushing past that, you are going to be beautiful on the inside and out and develop confidence in the way you think you look
