I am a trained and active listener with a compassion to help people from all walks of life and I will always do my best to listen and to help you. I specialize in relationships, anxiety, disability support (I work full time at a disability program center!), eating disorders, panic attacks, parenting/ step-parenting, depression and work stress. All of these things I have been through and came out. I still have days that are hard- but I have learned many ways to cope and found that listening to others experiences not only helps them- but unites us when we may feel so alone!
