Making yourself hungry isn't usually easy... ways of possibly doing it can include; looking through recipes, watching cooking videos, doing a small little workout, and anything physical. If you can get your body moving, you'll burn energy and be more open to food while the videos show you lots of different kinds of food.

When you aren't hungry, start eating. Eating actually makes you hungry which is quite funny! Whenever you eat, your stomach keeps telling you it wants more until it is full! And then when it is full, it changes its mind and tells you it needs more nutirents.

Not necessarily, but some think that you can psychologically trick your mind into think you are hungry/full when your body does not agree. Try eating frequently throughout the day rather than eating only 3 meals a day. Soon enough, your body will get used to the routine of eating larger amounts of food and will adapt to your hunger signals.

Try to get foods you love and remember eating them in the past. Think about how good they tasted and how they made you feel full and energized.

forcing yourself to get hungry will give you the exact opposite effect of what you are looking for. You don't have to wait to get hungry, instead you could have small snacks every now and again, say every two hours, just to have that energy that you need for the day. This will help your system get used to food (the fuel to get you going) and slowly slowly you will find yourself getting the necessary amount and healthy dose of everyday nutrition. the secret is never to overdo it, eat smaller portions but more frequently. :) I hope it helps.

Try a smoothie, fine ground. It'll go down like a liquid but will give you the minerals that you need

Eating itself can often trigger your appetite. So eating something/anything, even a slight snack, may very well do the trick to jump-start. Good luck

Yes, emotional hunger is a very common cause for eating, we might consider differentiating it from physical hunger To avoid Gaining weight. Emotional hunger happens suddenly while Physical hunger happens gradually, also emotional hunger is usually for a certain types of food like sweets And fatty food, while any food will satisfy the physical hunger. Keeping your mind busy can help over come the situation.
