I feel like this all time because deep down i start to feel i deserve this and i couldn't be saved. I feel like i have to spend my life like this and if I tried to change this feeling I'll loose everything and I will become nothing.I feel like this because i don't share my feelings with people and i try to judge them by the feeling I have for them.

First, define exactly what "this" is. Then ask yourself, "Is this how I really feel all the time?" There are probably times when you don't feel quite so bad. Identify those times. Analyze what it was about those times that made things better. Use that info to recreate those times more often for yourself. It really does work if you just pay attention to what is and what is not working for you.
You don't! Do something active and fun to distract yourself from your worries. It will be hard, but it is possible to overcome with some good hobbies and supportive friends!
You don't, but I suppose your brain tricks you into thinking that you HAVE to feel like that all the time.
Not all the time, you still have a lot to live for, the bad present doesn't represent the future! :)
You will have mixed emotions. Sad, happy, depressed, lonely but, everything is okay in the end. We only feel like this because we either let things get to us or we're just too darn happy about it not letting it get to us. :)
I am wondering what it is that you are feeling right now that is so uncomfortable for you ? Perhaps you can tell me what you are feeling and tell me what thoughts come to mind when you have these feelings...

I know, it must be so tough to deal with so many emotions at the same time, it takes a lot out of you. Even though you feel like this right now, I want you to please know, you don't have to feel like this all the time, and I am here to talk to you and help you through it
Sometimes its hard to be grateful for the little things when life has shut you out of everything. Right now I feel alone because I'm fighting with friends but I am trying to stay positive and take it one day at a time but its hard when you feel alone in the world. I slowly trying to open up but I have this fear of reject and mockery that stops me every time.... its hard feeling alone.

When you feel bad for a long time, it is easy to believe that you will never feel better and that you have always felt this way. Take it one step at a time--you can do something that you enjoy, talk to someone you trust, listen to some music, hang out with a cuddly animal or watch your favorite movie. You might not immediately feel better, but these little things build up, and eventually, the bad feelings can start to lift. Don't give up! You are worth taking the time and the baby steps! And you can always talk to someone on Seven Cups!

Because in this life, we all go through struggles and right now, this is your bump in the road and you need to get through it.
You don't have to feel like that. Talk to a professional and see what they can do. Maybe all you need is medication or counseling to put you back on your feet.

The point of life : keep moving forward, no matter how slow you are. Make a progress, do anything that makes you happy. Don't ever listen to other people, don't let them make you down.

You don't have to! Sometimes it's just a matter of mood or what happened and a kind person to talk to may help. If you feel exhausted with feeling "like this" just try to search for professional help.
You don't need to feel like this all the time. Take a breathe and find a calming environment. Reflect on what makes you feel this way.
