Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Depression affects everyone during their life, it can manifest itself in different ways and if your a person struggling with depression it can be very difficult to express these thoughts in a healthy way. it also does not help if family has little to no understanding of mental health, and that's where it can become quite tricky. no one chooses to be depressed, it just happens sometimes, other times it is brought on by a trigger or event. no matter what though with these thoughts it can be very hard to tell someone exactly how you are feeling and even harder for others to understand.
