The day where you're not thinking about how to be happy, you've seen happiness again. Happiness however isn't necessarily being happy and laughing all the time. It's feeling good about yourself in the moment, and perhaps not worrying or feeling sad for a certain amount of time. A lot of people would probably suggest stuff like "go outside", "get a dog", "see people". What I would say is - do something that you've always wanted to do, but never done. If you pick up an activity that once brought you joy, it can only dishearten you even more, if it doesn't make you happy.
Being happy is difficult, but try and be around people who help you forget your sadness.
I've also forgotten what happy feels like, and I don't know if I'll ever truly feel happy again. But I try, and so should you. Don't give up.

You must remember you are your own happiness. Do not look for happiness in other people. Look for happiness within yourself.
Be grateful for whatever you have. Be thankful for your life, for being alive, for anything positive that you have right now. Gratefulness has some positive effects. You can't be happy in a blink but you can start being grateful.
Happiness is not something that you can learn how to feel. Happiness comes from within. Best advice, try doing things that make you happy. hang around with people that you have fun with, or just do something good for someone. Karma is real.

Be with close friends and family more, and start doing more things that you enjoy. Just do things that make you smile.
To be happy you need to do things that makes you happy like having fun with friends and family or playing with your pets at home.:)
The simplest way to live happy is to accept the way you are and let others think what they think right about you.Everyone is already taken so be yourself.Its true that life is full of ups and downs but one need to accept each and every situation that time brings for them.Life would be boring if it was simple so....play on this roller coaster and be happy for what you learn from every worst time.Do things that make you feel happy.It may be difficult but not impossible .
I understand the desire to be happy and forgetting happiness. It's only you that can bring you happiness; you have to guide yourself.

Focus on yourself. When it comes to self happiness, sometimes you have to be selfish. You need to put yourself first.
Do things that you are passionate about. Think positively and think creatively. Be yourself because no one else is going to be you. You are who you are and no one can take that away from you.

You can be happy by doing something that makes you happy, or trying to get yourself into new routines and discover new things to find out what you enjoy and make you feel purpose in life.

You could do some activities that you liked before. If that doesn't help, you can take on new hobbies. You could also help someone else. You could achieve something - that makes most people feel good. You could learn a new language? Cook something interesting? And most importantly - be kind. It sounds weird, but the better you make others feel, the better you feel.
You will definantely feel happy again, think positive. Life will never let you be down for long it's unfair, you will be happy again and when you are your love it.
Just take it easy in life. Listen to music, try new things or even try a new daily routine. Plan a trip, take a nap, try to hang around friends or even watch youtubers (They can be quite funny.)
Happiness is like a little seed, when you feed it it'll grow. Start small and look at things in your life that you can be grateful for, that's one source of happiness.
The road to happiness is a progress, it takes time, especially if you've backtracked from happiness into depression. Believe it or not, there's many natural ways to start to journey to happiness again, like going outside on a walk, getting out of bed, doing things that you like to do. Staying in bed all day can make you more prone to loneliness. :( One thing that helps whenever you feel sad is dancing, no matter if your a bad dancer, Just pop some headphones in a jam out. :)
Yes. You will. its just that you are sad now that you think its been a long since you've been happy but anytime you like anywhere or something you can freely be happy without any consent of others. Asking that question is like a persn who is in depression mode. You need to light up and don't think negative be open in possibilities and never but a sad smile anymore. Trust me i've gone into depression and its proven :)
I think feeling happy is much like growing a flower. You don't know what the flower is going to turn out like (e.g. whether it is a different color, tilted, short, etc...). All you know it's going to be a particular flower. What you can do is nurture it and give it nutrients so it reach to being a flower. So with finding happiness, you would need to nurture the things that provoke happiness. Some questions to ask:
What do you enjoy doing?
What things make you feel comfortable?
What are you excited about?
If you had three wishes, what would they be?

Make a list of the things you enjoy doing and start doing them. Try to reconnect with family and friends to create a social network.
Do something that you enjoy, or take up a new hobby, eg art, or swimming, or tennis. go out of your comfort zone

Learn how to forget. Learn how to adapt to your surroundings and think happy thoughts. Being socialize by others and telling them problems and situations like this can most likely to help.

There are a lot of reasons in our life which pull us back from our happy life and happy self, e.g, depression, trauma, stress etc. But even amidst all these issues, one can search for happiness, the key being the ability to move on! Even in the smallest of things, can one find true happiness. For example, playing board games with children, hanging out in a local bar with friends, going for a walk, playing and completing a level in a video game, building lego stuffs, talking to a complete stranger, which ever can make one happy. I find happiness in writing as crafting something with words pleases me a lot and it also works as a positive distraction, helps me to re-focus on my activities.
Happiness is a necessary element and it highly needed to get our life going in the right way!
Cherish all the good memories... Enjoy your present moments... Go for a solo date.. Spend time with yourself.. Make a collage.. Watch a movie.. Eat your favourite dish... Go for. A ride or walk... Meet some old pals.. Cherish those memories of school time...

It's a good question, but not one that I can answer for you. The answer will differ for every person, and you know far better than I do about what will make you happiest. However, I can recommend engaging in some mindfulness activities every day, learning how to appreciate the little pleasures in life.
