There will always be people who try to judge you or make you feel badly about yourself. Generally these people are unhappy themselves and want to make sure everyone else is equally unhappy. Living your life according to what others think or to impress others is a guaranteed way to be unhappy. Losing weight will not stop people from judging you or finding something about you to criticize. Your weight or appearance does not define you. You are perfect as you are. Spend your energy focusing on the people that love you and value you. The people that matter will not care what you weigh. Be confident that you are a wonderful person and you deserve to be happy on your terms.
