Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Your mind has about 6 million thoughts a minute and imagine how many feelings come with it? Think about any past experiences of hurt or being upset over something, years ago, now you've had many of those I'm sure, but you see right now, it seems like you are brand new, you're not painted or polished because of it. So feelings come and go and you do have power over them.

Feelings come and go, but all feelings are worth it, whether they are good or bad. Just focus on being in the now and focus on how you feel and staying content with how you feel also.

These feelings will not last forever, they do get better with time. They also get better as you speak about it, when others help, then you don't feel alone.

No they won't. Some might last longer than others but in the end you wont be feeling sad or depressed forever. Youre going to be okay

No, everything is temporary. You'll get over it eventually. It's a cliche, but it's true "Life gets better"

That is the million dollar question! Rather you are referring to negative or positive feelings the answer falls on you. I am a true believer of "Life is only as difficult as we make it out to be". I understand that you can not help how you feel, however, if there is something about YOU that YOU do not like or approve of, *coughs* then CHANGE IT! Easier said then done (I know), but if it's something that you truly want, then it is possible! Take it into consideration. Hope this helps!
