Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Talk to him/her. It helps a lot. And you will be able to know right away if they are interested in furthering a reality with you.
Try keeping yourself busy. Spending time with family and friends, exercising, reading, anything thats keeps you up and moving and talking try it. If your feeling bold just go talk to your crush already! They wont bite.
Keep yourself busy. Do whatever makes you happy that doesn't involve him. Talk to friends. Get a happy crush (Like Channing Tatum then make a shrine for Channing Tatum. Lol. I kid)
Actually you can stop thinking about him. Try to focus your attention on other things, things you can control instead of waiting for a sign from his part. He may or may not notice you. But do have in mind that you control your thoughts and not vice versa.

Find the things you love and do them. Surround yourself with thoughts and people who can take you mind off of everything. It is very difficult to get rid of a thought, but you can always find things to cover that thought!

Do things throughout the day to keep yourself from thinking about him/her. Or perhaps come up with a way to express to him/her how you feel.

Try talking to them! You'll never know how they feel if you never try to talk to them, start with a warm hello!
Talk to them. Ask them out on a date. Would you prefer to be curious about them for the rest of your life or do you want to get to know them? Only way to find out is making the first step. Confidence is attractive.

Focus your attention and efforts in a different thing, something you enjoy doing or even trying something new! Basically all you need it's to keep yourself busy. Go out with friends, dance, listen to music . . . Whatever it takes to keep your head away from him/her!
Plan out your next steps. If you already have next steps, cherish the thoughts. Else do go do something else.

You can talk to them to find out how they feel towards you. If this is not possible find someone who shares a mutual emotion towards you so you get what you deserv
It's ok to think about somebody you like. It's a normal thing. If it's really driving you mad, it's a great idea to tell someone to can trust or maybe even tell them. Whatever you feel is right!

Try and speak to them with a general conversation. Just ask how they are and see where it goes from there. You never know until you try. The worst thing that can happen is that they say no to you, in which case you will eventually move on and find somebody who can't stop thinking about you either. :)
talk to your crush maybe...or you can always just wait and see what happens. who knows really......maybe your crush likes you back

Sometimes it might help to tell them. If they don't like you back, it might hurt but at least you will have an answer. And if they say yes then good for you!
Think about getting to know your crush more or confessing your crush to him/her or maybe talking about it with someone of your friends or family to ease your mind

If you're okay with it, you don't have to do anything about it ;) But if it somehow makes you feel bad, maybe try to distract yourself with something you like doing, or talk with someone / write down your feelings to process them.
I think maybe working on talking to your crush would be helpful or maybe even talking to a friend while you find the courage.
Do something about it. Tell them how you feel and you never know, it could turn into something great! Worst case scenario they say no, and then you move on and find someone new!

Maybe releasing your emotions of what you're feeling and thinking to a family or friend might help.
It's natural to think about our crushes. When we are attracted to someone, our mind responds to thoughts about them--sometimes constantly. It is only humane. Have you tried communicating with your crush?
Talk to them. Get to know them and if you decide you like them, ask them out! If you're dating, great! That's not a bad thing :) Or, if you got rejected, try to move on to other things. Focus on your friends/work and try to spend time thinking about you rather than them.
I currently have a crush ha ha you should build up the courage and when you feel that you're ready just go say hi and do a little soft smile :)

Focus on hobbies and things you enjoy that can take your mind off it. Try mindfulness to observe the thoughts but allow them to pass by without obsessing over them
Well keeping someone in your thoughts means you could develop strong feelings for them. It's great to get to know them, if you don't. And just let them know how you feel. Sometimes when you say how your feel about them, you can know if any good outcome can be created.
You find an activity to keep you occupied. Be it a new hobby, sports. reading a non-romantic novel or playing games. Anything to keep your mind off that person.
