Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

You take time to be alone. Not isolated, but alone. You learn to be honest with yourself, trust yourself, and keep yourself in good company so that that way you won't be vulnerable in your next relationship.
I would never trust someone after a big lie or a cheat. You never know how long it's been going on. Or if it will continue.
you find someone who shows you there are is good still out there, they will stick by you. or do what I do, and stop caring
