Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

The simplest answer to this is just to tell him how you feel; it may not be easy to do, but it is without a doubt the best way to go about things. From my personal experience, when a delicate topic is tiptoed over like eggshells it becomes more difficult to bring up casually comfortably over time. Whether it be positive or negative, you could begin the conversation with a simple "How's your day been?" and gradually shift to what you truly want to talk about with a "Hey, so I've been thinking a lot about ____ recently...". No matter which way the conversation turns, it's important to stay calm and remember how you connected with this person in the first place and what specifically you wish to get across to them. You've got this!

Sharing one's feelings about another person is an extremely difficult step to take in a relationship, regardless of if those feelings are positive or negative. In my past relationships, I often waited a very long time to have these discussions and it only increased my stress. Being open and forward when having these discussions allows for both parties to express their feelings in an open manner. Rather than beating around the bush, being straightforward and asking to have a discussion is the best way in my experience to start these discussions. Basically, it boils down to having an open line of communication on these matters.

Communication is always key, and opening up that conversation is important so that miscommunication doesn’t happen! There’s been times that I’ve felt frustrated at my boyfriend and refuse to communicate with him and play a game of chase, but it’s always best when we come together, and talk through whatever we are thinking and going through! Having that conversation is the first step to navigating and talking about how you feel, and can open up opportunities to focus on different parts of your relationship you haven’t addressed before. Try maintaining a clear and open perspective when talking to him, and listen to both his side and make clear yours.
