There is not a cure for anxiety, however there are may ways to reduce the feelings that are associated with anxiety.
The is not a direct cure, it tends to come and go but many find their own way of making it better or even making it no longer a problem, some suggest meditation, or listening to calm music with your eyes closed, for some its exercise or working on a hobby you enjoy. There are many cognitive therapies you can try at home that could help or even speaking to your GP, in some instances they may provide prescription medication that works for some. Understanding that you have anxiety and your possible triggers is the first step so it seems as though you are making progress.
I think that if you develop a routine of some sort to calm you while you start feeling the symptoms, that can help. I don't believe it can be cured. It is one of those things that come and go.
I don't really think there is a "cure" for anxiety. I don't think "cure" would be the right wording. I believe that there are things that one can do to relieve or significantly lighten anxiety.
I don't think there is a set cure for anxiety and it is something that everyone will experience at some point, but there are ways to relieve your anxiety.
Distraction, is the best way for me. I don't think that there is a cure, but by distracting myself with either doing or thinking about something I like doing, it keeps my mind off what I am doing that is making me anxious.
Yes. Recovery is always hard, but anyone who's ever made it to the other side will tell you it's worth it. The times it takes varies from person to person, but medication and therapy help. It might take a while to find a treatment that works for you, too.

there is not a cure just treatment which can significantly reduce the symptoms of anxiety so don't lose hope :)
Cure? I'd say no, because anxiety is a normal human emotion, albeit an uncomfortable one. I do think, however, a reframe to seeing the feeling of anxiety as holding a clue to to information can be helpful as it switches the brain from the fear area to the logic area as one considers what underlies the anxiety feeling. This enables one to be in a more empowering space.
There is no cure but there are ways to deal with anxiety just as there are with any mental or physical health issue. Coping skills are so important, If someone needs help the 7cups site has so much help and if you need more help there are therapist and also meds if the doctor feels you need them. Anxiety can be managed and you can feel so much better with work and time and knowing that this will get better and you can live life to the fullest . You may also have the Positive Anxiety like being really excited about doing fun things so not all anxiety is bad.

unfortunately there is no cure for anxiety as it is a mental health problem. but a lot of the time doctors can prescribe something to help keep you calm and relaxed. Our minds like to take over when we are anxious and another few ways of helping you with that is, one to distract yourself with anything else, such as colouring, painting, exercise, things you enjoy. two is to try medidation, it helps you to learn how to control your mind from intrusive thoughts. and three is to just genuinely talk to someone who you trust and are comfortable with about what is worrying you.

There is not an exact cure for anxiety, but at times medications are prescribed to people to help them if it becomes a problem in their lives.
As cliche as it sounds, curing anxiety is all about finding time to yourself and doing things that make you happy. Go for a walk, do breathing exercises, play with an animal, find a chat room online, stretch your muscles to relieve tension, etc. In the moment it seems absolutely impossible, but once you get yourself out of that funk and your mind out of the anxiety zone, you will feel better. It might be a temporary cure, but it helps. Long term is harder. You need to be able feel your anxiety coming and be able to stop it before it gets too bad.

I don't think that there is a cure to never feel anxious again. There are a few ways to treat anxiety, though. One way is medication and there are multiple ways to make it weaker. You can exercise, practice meditation, get enough sleep, eat healthily. A very big help is if you manage to accept the uncertainty.
Depending on the severity, there may or may not be cure. Overcoming and coping with it, though, is very beneficial on whether or not it consumes someone. Learning how badly it affects one's self, is a start. By detecting what bothers them, how badly, and then moving on to ways to combat the negative emotions. Which can be found through support of others, resources or even getting help/counseling.
Awareness help a lot. There really is no "cure", but you can help yourself by being aware of your emotions, accepting them, and learning how to take a step back and breathe.
Not always, sometimes people find new strategies to overcome their anxiety but it depends on the individual as to whether it can be cured...

I don't know if there is a cure for anxiety but i do know that we can learn how to live whith anxiety. And it depends on our willpower, if we really want to overcome anxiety, we can do it. Bur i don't think that we are cured, because anxiety it's always there.
Of course, and it's all about looking at the facts of your life and realizing your fears and irrational emotions are just that. They come and go like anything else, so when you feel those feelings, occupy your time with something else.
Yes. There's different ways of handling anxiety, whether it be medicine, or proffesional help. If you feel like it's affecting your life, you should probably see help.
Anxiety can most definitely be managed by using Cognitive Behavioral methods. A change in perspective is very powerful!
