I'm sad all the time and I have no purpose. I'm terrible at everything and I lost all my friends. Anxiety is crushing me and I just need someone to make me feel better. How can I get a friend or some one I can talk with?

I have been through a lot in life too, which helps me to be able to empathize with situations, thoughts and feelings that we have. Sometimes, it's not easy just being human.

Seems like you are losing your social self due to anxiety. You are feeling down upon yourself . You need confidence. Things might seem upside down now but you can restore it . Take things slowly and if you want someone to talk to we listeners are here for you. Also try taking the growth path
Hey! Sorry to hear you’re feeling sad and without purpose. That sounds so incredibly tough *hugs* I think a good way to make friends is common interest! Be it a hobby, an interest, a common goal, etc. These are things that can help you make a friend. Perhaps join a club at school, try out for a team. And if that isn’t your cup of tea (which I understand as I am the same), you can always go online! The internet is vast. There are social media platforms where you could search for people who have common interests. I wish you luck in your endeavour â¤ï¸
Relationships are essential in life we should always have a pal or a buddy who we can share with and who will not tell our deepest secrets. In life we should remain open to meeting new people talking to others and keeping the lines of communication open to old classmates, college room mates and talking to your local pastor or ministry at church can help. Reaching out to 7cups online community can be a great source as well. We will always be there to listen to you and support you while you are going through a difficult time in your life encouraging you along the way
