Having anxiety does not mean you are crazy or mental. Having anxiety can sometimes be a healthy fear that prevents us from getting into bad situations. However, too much anxiety can keep us from enjoying life. We need coping mechanisms.

No, anxiety is a common thing that people feel. I personally do not know the reason why, but it does not mean you are crazy.

No it does not, having an anxiety disorder just means that certain situations cause more stress to them than it would cause someone else.

Not at all! Feeling anxious is completely valid and does not mean you're crazy! If it becomes too much to handle, you should talk to a friend or trusted adult.

Having anxiety is certainly one of the hardest things. It is unreal at times, but it doesn't mean you're mental, not at all. There is a lot of stigma around mental health/illness and unfortunately, the idea that insanity is associated with it is part of that.

no of course not. anxiety is a mental disorder, and although that word sounds kind of intimidating it does not mean you are crazy. i’m aware that in movies and tv shows a lot of the time people try to portray people with anxiety as “mental or crazy” but in reality we are all just people trying our hardest to get through our own shit the best we can. if you have anxiety, it does not mean your mental or crazy. it’s actually quite common among teens and young adults.

Of course not; it's natural and totally human! You could appreciate it and then manage it step by step to love and appreciate yourself even more!

Absolutely not, many people have anxiety for valid reasons due to life experiences or current ones. The important thing is to train yourself to think in a more positive manner as that will create a more positive emotional response. Its not easy but cognitive therapy is one of many useful methods to beat anxiety

Different people have different views on what Mental Illness means. But its up to you to find out how you feel about it. Many people live there lives not knowing that they have a Issue with Anxiety until they see there Medical Provider and they speak about there symptoms. So for me no that dont make no one Crazy.

It doesn't. Having anxiety is normal for all human beings, and it usually just means that your body and mind currently feel unprepared for something.

no, it certainly does not anxiety is a very common problem and one that can often be misinformed and misunderstood there are many different ways to deal with anxiety from being open to how and why you feel anxious, being open with your friends and family and not suffering alone

Not, necessarily. Anxiety is the reaction to situations perceived as stressful or dangerous... If this reactions become persistent (4 or more weeks) maybe is time to seek some help :)

no, anxiety is a very normal response to stress. Additionally, being diagnosed with anxiety (for example general anxiety disorder) does not mean that you are crazy/mental, as it is a common and treatable mental disorder that is often manifests as a result of very stressful environments. In either case, nothing is wrong with you or your anxiety.

Having anxiety can be very stressful. However, anxiety is a common disorder and does not make you crazy! I have suffered from anxiety disorder for a number of years and have learnt to accept this and supported myself in the realisation that it is ok to suffer from anxiety, and it does not make you any less worthy than anyone else! You are still yourself, you simply just struggle from a disorder, don't allow people to label you as crazy because of this! :)

Not at all. Anxiety is something that all animals have, humans is more developed. Anxiety is what warns our body that something isnt quite right. Thats what tells you there is a car coming from behind when youre walking on the road, or that jumping off that cliff probably isnt a good idea. those who suffer from Anxiety are simply more prone to those feelings. Basically their brain is more cautious than it typically needs to be

No it doesn't mean you are crazy, anxiety is part of life. We often feel anxious at some point of life. no person in this world who never feel anxious. It's human nature. You are not mental/crazy. You are as normal as any other human. However if you are facing too much anxiety you can visit a therapist. It's totally normal.

Absolutely not. Anxiety is a normal part of life, especially after trauma or facing a transition. When you have racing thoughts, it may feel like you're losing your mind, but it's only a temporary state. If it all feels life to much, be sure to reach out!
