No, it definitely doesn't. Everyone experiences anxiety as a general survival instinct. Your brain may simply be a little bit more sensitive to going into "survial mode".

Having anxiety certainly does not mean that you're crazy! It simply means that your mind loves to think about things that will likely not happen, and jump to conclusions.

Not at all. We are all human. We find something new to be anxious/worried about. It's not always about the situation itself. It's about how you handle it.

No it doesn't. Anxiety can make us feel like we are going crazy or losing our minds but it's not the case.

No, not at all. It just means that there is some situation in your life that you are having tremendous difficulty in controlling. Your mind has repressed this feeling and your body starts manifesting it in different ways. Anxiety being the resultant of the trigger.

No, it doesn't. Just because you feel uneasy in certain situations does not mean your mental, your worrying is just amplified by anxiety and you get more scared than others. That's all it is.

In my opinion, no. The meaning of crazy is something completely blown out of proportion or repeated without expecting a different result.

Having anxiety does not mean you are crazy at all. In fact, anxiety is a very common issue to have. According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), about 40 million of American adults suffer from anxiety. Not only are you not crazy for having anxiety, you are not alone in this struggle.

Not at all. It's perfectly normal to have anxiety and everyone does get it. Every person experiences it at different levels and at different times and also they react differently to it. But by no means does it make you crazy.

No anxiety doesn't mean you're crazy or mental. It is a natural occurrence that happens to some people during a time in their life and can be triggered due to certain events.

No, not at all. Many people experience anxiety throughout their lives (it's one of the most common mental illnesses in the U.S. alone). However, a lot of people associate mental illness with craziness/mental and it can be quite damaging. You may feel better about what you're going through by remembering that you're not alone and you do not have to look down on yourself for struggling with it.

No, everyone has experienced anxiety at some point in their life. Anxiety is a normal thing in articular situations. For example, its perfectly normal to feel anxious before speaking publicly or before a performance. It doesn't mean that you are mentally crazy.

No, everyone has anxiety in some shape or form. It’s how we handle it that sets us apart. If we let it control us, it will become more of an issue, but if you control it, you will find it will be much easier to handle.

Having anxiety doesn’t mean you’re crazy. In fact, most people experience anxiety. Another reminder that you’re not alone, many people go through it and you don’t have to do it alone.

No, not at all. Anxiety is very common and can be caused by many factors.I understand anxiety can often in the moment feel like you are crazy for experiencing that but know that many people suffer from anxiety and it is the bodys way of reacting to a perceived threat or to extreme stress.

No, not at all. Having anxiety does not mean you’re crazy, it means you are interantlly suffering potentially due to breakups, no confidence, abuse ect. You can also suffer with anxiety for no particular reason at all; but again even that scenario does not mean you are crazy.

No it certainly doesn’t! Having anxiety does not make you crazy and certainly not mental! It means you have some trouble dealing with certain things, but anxiety is always something you can lessen the symptoms.

No anxiety doesn’t mean there’s something different about you. You’re still you, it just a little voice that comes when you need it or not. It can hurt, yet help you. You never what going to help you till you face it. Sometimes you just have to sine light on the darkness. You are not what defines you, be who you want live you’re life the way you want. Not by who want to control you knock you down. You got This. It may seem hard to fight the urges of what people say you are but if they say you’re a something then their actual talking about themselves

No, not necessarily. It is considered a disorder or illness, but it is nothing like a personality disorder or something. Having anxiety means you are worried more than an average human would be. Like people with social anxiety will worry how many people are around, and will be scared of judgement most likely. But it doesn't mean you are mental.

Definitely NO. Having anxiety is common in our world today and does not mean you are crazy/mental. However, if anxiety is left unchecked it might spiral into more serious emotional/mental problems.

No. It means you are neurotic. Far from being 'crazy'. Anxiety disorders don't involve things that are perceived as 'crazy', which are disorganized thinking, delusions and hallucinations.

Having anxiety and feeling anxious is a normal response, especially to stressful situations in our lives. Anxiety is our bodies natural response to stress. Being in a stressful situation, or anticipating a stressful situation triggers feelings of apprehension, or anxiety. Everyone has experienced anxiety at one time or another, especially during stressful periods of time. Even though anxiety is a normal response to stressful situations, sometimes people can feel this way excessively, or in an overwhelming way that makes daily life difficult. In these cases, a professional or a person's doctor can be consulted, and can evaluate if there is an underlying condition that is the cause, and assist with treatments and ways to cope with these feelings.

Not at all! Great question though. Having anxiety is a way of your brain trying to protect you. It’s so worried about protecting you, it makes you anxious, even when there is no reason to be! While it can be a real hinderance, and can take some getting used to, with the right coping mechanisms, grounding mechanisms and practice, it is manageable. Don’t worry, you are not alone. Anxiety is the second most common mood disorder, so you will be able to find plenty of support out there! I hope that this helps! And remember: you are not crazy!
