Ways to deal with toxic positivity.

Some ways to deal with toxic positivity are:

1. Practice Mindfullness: Take a moment to notice how youre feeling and whats going on in your body and mind. If you find any negativity just make a note of it and move on, its important to acknowledge feelings without losing ourselves in them. 

2. Be Who You Are: It can be really scary to face our on feelings and it might even make us feel vulnerable but this step is essential to improve your relationship with yourself. 

3. Use A Graditude Journal: Time spent journaling is time spent well with yourself and your emotions. Many times the trickiest feelings are deeply rooted within, journaling can help you explore those hidden feelings.
