WOW, you had a great imagination!

I'm impressed. What a wonderful dream you have and you've already seen your victory. Why don't we get to work and start achieving that dream?

First of all we need to figure out a way to stop these fears from popping up.

In order to do so, you will have to do these:

  1. Identify your triggers
  2. Assess your degree of control
  3. Analyze potential obstacles
  4. Get creative

Let me explain them to you so you can write the answers with a more clear mindset!

Identifying your triggers

This means knowing what causes these fears. Is there a particular time you feel these fears? Does it happen often or at a specific occassion? What would make you feel afraid?

Assess your degree of control

This means identifying how much control you currently have over your fears. In most cases you fear of something because of self doubt. In order to overcome that you need to learn how much control you have over your thoughts. It's ok if you don't have a lot of control. You're going to get there eventually.

Analyze potential obstacles

This means figuring out what obstacles you have in facing and overcoming fear. Is there anything that stops you from overcoming them? If so what are they?

Get Creative

This is the fun part :D Be creative in finding solutions. If you see there are obstacles, ask your brain to be supportive and think of a fun, creative way to remove that obstacle and overcome fear.

Example: What would winnie the Pooh do if he faced an obstacle [possibly bees in the tree] when trying to get a big pot of honey? Will pooh climb the tree and ask the Bees, "Dear Bees, I'm really hungry for some honey right now, would you be able to move aside until I get a small smackerel of honey?" 😁 I wonder if Pooh would 🤔
