Follow these steps to make a values-based decision:

3. Examine Your Values: Reflect on your core values and principles. What values are most important to you in this context? It could be honesty, compassion, fairness, or others.
4. Evaluate Each Option: Consider each option and evaluate how well it aligns with your core values. Rate them on a scale from 1 to 5, with 1 being a poor alignment and 5 being a perfect alignment.
5. Make a Decision: Based on the alignment with your values, choose the option that best reflects your integrity and authenticity. Sometimes, this might mean making a difficult choice, but it should align with your values.
6. Reflect on Your Choice: After making the decision, take some time to reflect on how you feel about it. Are you at peace with your choice because it reflects your true self and values?
7. Implement Your Decision: Put your decision into action, and as you do, continue to uphold the values that guided your choice.
8. Learn and Adjust: As you see the consequences of your decision, learn from the experience. Did your commitment to integrity and authenticity lead to positive outcomes? Are there areas for improvement?
