Trusting the Journey - Keep Going!

The eighth and last stage for moving forward is all about trusting the journey to keep moving forward with positivity.

In order to move forward we will need to acknowledge things can be changed, it's possible to think differently, it's possible to truly believe things will change. Throughout challenges it's important to maintain our goals and ambitions, this can be really helpful when your situation restricts you and your wellbeing, keeping faith in something and something to work towards can be a huge motivator to keep going .

Most of all have hope, these situations can and most likely will change! Let’s have patience while we progress, let’s take it one day at a time, one goal at a time, one moment at a time and trust in our own efforts.

Every dawn provides us with a valuable gift which is to improve and grow ourselves for the better.

Our thoughts have power, they shape our mindset and reality. So, let’s keep moving forward with positive focus by

  • Thinking (about moving forward and what steps we can take)
  • Believing (in yourself, your capabilities and your journey
  • Visualizing (healthy and satisfactory small wins and outcomes)
  • Feeling ( how would it make you feel when you move forward from your challenges? Imagine and try to feel the emotion)
  • Working and Achieving (Taking actions consistently - small steps and efforts to face and outgrow the challenges in your way and achieving where you want to go and be)
