Time Management
With all the exams and requirements in finishing a course, time management is a skill that comes in handy in ensuring a more balanced lifestyle.
The 80/20 rule or Pareto principle works amazingly for me. This technique helps me determine my priorities and allows me to focus my efforts on activities that have the most impact!
Tip: Try a couple of time management techniques to understand what fits better with your personality and lifestyle! There is no single formula in organizing life. Find what is best for you and stick with it! Here are some more tips for time management.
Organization
Staying organized in college can help ease stress and prevent you from missing activities and deadlines. Organization works fluidly with time management which was explored on the previous step. Managing procrastination
Oh procrastination, how can we get away with you! We often choose to procrastinate over being proactive. Doing so often leads to an increase in stress and anxiety, especially when the deadlines start coming sooner. Procrastinating may lead to loss of focus, cramming, frustration, and not being able to perform at your best later.
